Profit Lance is a good additional resource to WA. I've tried both programs extensively and personally I think offers a better introduction to keyword research and has much more videos.

It also has covers Adsense and other forms of online income streams.

Never mind the last comment. Apparently I have to go back to the main page, there's no contact link in the members area.

Profit Lance has enabled me to market on the internet. Using Adsense, Clickbank, forums, blogs, writing articles, press releases, creating one's own website(s) as well as using the affiliate links and website templates that Profit Lance shows on their website. There is a ton of information to learn and it takes time to digest all of the information given (Learn and then Earn). The great thing is that once you've learned to promote other affiliate products and services, you now understand how to promote your own. Persistence is the key. If making money online required no effort, we would all sit back and rake in the money.

My issue with profit lance is that you need to enter your email information before you could purchase the product. I think this might be a turn off for some people. I dont think that step should be necessary.

Hi Ari,

Thanks for your fast reply! I agree, to a point, they are likely all very similar. Obviously we all know there are some pretty shabby products and services out there, which I suppose is how many of us have found a way to this great web blog of yours.

I am very curious to purchase Profit Lance. I have done quite a bit more research and have really found very little bad said about it. It seems the only things that 'turn people off' is the pre built sites and the overload of 'bonuses'. But the training material is raved about. I think this is good site to purchase access to, a good resource for most any marketer, or up and coming marketer.
Wealthy Affiliate is similar in that they have well structured training materials and videos. They also have an active user forum with some pros that feed out a lot of good tips, web hosting, Site Rubix Web Builder, job board and a bunch of research tools. They offer a good service, but @ $30/month. I feel as though I pulled value from the site in the two months I have been with them.
Another site that offers training and pro guidance has been formed by Jim Cockrum and a team of other Internet Marketers, many with a dominate background in eBay. This 'school', My Silent Team, is geared towards internet marketing and leveraging eBay with affiliate related products/services. I had thought to join them for awhile too. My thought being studying the different steps/instructions each gives and pulling methods and process's from each as applicable.

Ultimately the goal for all of us in the Affiliate/Internet Marketing Industry is to figure out the most effective way to establish a permanent and fruitful presence online. We have to be careful not to get ripped off, but at the same time benefit from solid and useful instruction and training, if it is from a good source. My research efforts, which have been extensive, indicate these three are the top Quality training/resource centers available.
I have seen a fair bit of indication that Affiliate Allstar is well built too (I believe it is reference above).

Thanks for the great discussion Ari, I am bookmarking your site and look forward to future discussions. Finding a candid and honest source of information is GOLD for an online business.

I really dont know anything about the Wealthy Affiliate program. I have been meaning to look into it. I am getting the feeling that a lot of these programs are the same. If you are using the program then its possible that Profit Lance might not help much more. I am assuming WA talks about clickbank and how to use it to make money. You could always give Profit lance a try and see if you like it. theres is a money back guarantee from clickbank.

Ari,

I am also relatively new to Internet Marketing. Looking into the Profit Lance as an additional training resource to my membership with Wealthy Affiliate. WA has been fairly good as a resource.

Do you have any cons to WA or MySilent team?

I am very keen on purchasing the Profit Lance program and your great information has helped to make me feel that it is a safe and worthy purchase.

Thank you,

Jeromy
