I feel Google contributes to this with its policy that bumps up these sites to the top of the search results and puts ads on the side bar for more of the corrupt sites.
One thing that helped me, besides being a long-time, professional researcher on all types of electronic resources, is downloading an Add-on to Foxfire that is named Surf Canyon. This seems to give me a much better search result on google and other search engines.
Then, with the results up on my computer screen I often will go way down the list and try to find a site the appears to be ligit and that might be helpful. Yours, happily, was one I discovered.
Also, I am not sure yet, but using another Add-On Stumble! seems to help. At least I can recommend sites that I feel are good and I can say why I am doing that. Unfortunately, Stumble! too often refers surfers to a bad site, that has never been recommended, but at least that point is evident.
Finally, I do hope you are able to continue in this work. I don’t see any way you are making money in this. Is this a result of your scruples regarding advertising. If so, you should at least try and offer some advertising opportunities at good, low prices, to legitimate companies, products and Web sites.
You are the expert, therefore, I feel you will know how to do this and show us that it is possible to make some money on the Internet, even without being a big time player.
Good Luck! George
]]>I was surprised to see how differen you site kooks now, but I am hoping you will still be able to help me. I have tried several methods of obtaining an email address and have failed. Before you changed your site, you had many blogs relating to Profit Lance. I am a member of his course and for the last three weeks having been trying to get a workable email address for Mike Andrews. I have reached a crucial stage in his course and needs advice on what to do next. I cannot proceed without this information. I have sent emails (which have not bounced back) but have not elicited a response from him. Could you help at all? Thank you
