They made it extremely difficult to find to communicate with a live person. You received automated e-mails and "live chats" when questions arose. Every step further seems to ask for more. All the sites look the same too, there is minimal altering I can do to make it look different. Does anyone else have one JUST like this: www.4wynns.com ?
